You'll enjoy a delicious seven course tasting menu of seasonal specialties, each dish created to compliment a different fine sake. Included in these pairings are sakes never before available in New York. We're pleased to announce two special guests who will be on hand to guide us through the tastings:
Mr. Kazuhiro Sakurai of the Asahi Shuzo sake brewery in Yamaguchi Prefecture, and Mr. Takashi Akutsu of the Takara Shuzo sake brewery in Hyogo Prefecture.
